Delivery
Orders placed are usually despatched within 2 working days, we aim for next day despatch where possible.
Delivery is by UPS, Citylink or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery who require a signature on delivery. We can provide full consignment and tracking numbers by email, once the order has been despatched.

Returns
For any damaged or faulty goods, please email before returning. Any items returned without a returns number will be rejected.
Items returned under distance selling regulations must be unused and in ‘new’ condition and must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Any postage cost for unwanted goods are non-refundable.

VAT is currently included in the price. The price you see is the price you pay. A full VAT invoice will be provided with every order.
