Established in 2003 the company’s clients include Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, PCT’s, and Schools, Colleges, Universities, Multinationals, and Banking & Retail sector organisations.

Monday to Friday 9:00 – 4:00
If you send us a message over the weekend, please don’t panic if you don’t hear back from us straight away. Someone will be in contact with you first thing Monday morning. We reply to EVERY communication we receive.
Postage Times
All our post is collected Monday to Friday at 2:30. We try to make sure that everything bought before that time is posted the same day.
We hope you understand that we can’t always manage same day postage when you buy at 2:29 (although we do try).

If you wish to return a item please contact us through the ebay messaging system to make arrangements.
For returns within the first 7 days of reciept of your purchase (Distance selling regulations)
We will cover all costs including the cost of returning the goods to us (usually via paypal).Please make sure all items are in the same condition as received, with tags and packaging where appropriate.
In addition to the DSR we offer a 30 day, full refund or replacement guarentee with every item we sell (excludes spairs/repairs). This additional guarentee means that if your purchase develops a fault within this time (up to 30 days from receiving your purchase) we will repair, replace or provide a full refund if a fault is found. All items must be returned to us for testing prior to any replacement or refund being issued.
All buyers are responsible for the cost (this will be refunded if items found faulty) and safe return of goods (in original packaging where possible).

We use Royal Mail, Interlink Express, and DPD for all of our shipping. We try to offer both a standard and express delivery option with every item we sell although this is not always possible. All of our smaller international orders are sent using the Royal Mail International signed for service. All larger international items are shipped with DPD or Interlink Express. The postage costs for these services are divided into zones and buyers are responsible for choosing the correct shipping cost.
