The delivery costs/duration shown is for the UK
Mainland. Additional cost will be charged for
Northern Ireland, Ireland and All Islands.
Delivery durations for highlands and Islands
(and other non-UK mainland locations) are likely
to take 1 day extra. Your item will not be
dispatch until all delivery costs have been
covered.

 Dispatch
Times

All items are dispatched within 3- 4 working
days from receipt of cleared funds (excluding
weekends and public holidays). For computer
systems it can take up to 5 workings days due to
the reason we need to fully test the systems
before we dispatch them.

RAB Computers make sure you receive your PC in working order, each PC goes through testing and burn checks to ensure your PC is working correctly before we dispatch it out, but in the event of you experiencing a problem with your PC, do not worry your PC is covered with full 1 year hardware RTB Guarantee (unless otherwise stated)

However, any Over Clocking, system modifications or removal of any serial numbers will void this warranty.

In the event that something does go wrong during this time, you can return the system to us at your own cost.  The machines or the individual component will be tested and returned to the manufacturer if needed. Upon fixing the problem, we will then return your system or component free of charge.

Operating systems and any software issue are NOT covered by the warranty. If the problem is found to be caused through either software or user error a labour charge of £40 will be issued to the customer.

For PC systems: Due to change of mind, there will be a 15% charge and any additional.

IMPORTANT

Before for signing for your delivery, either fully check your item for transit damage, or cross out the line that say "Received in good condition" and write unchecked in the signature box. Failure to do so may mean that any claims for damage in transit are not covered (resulting in you being left with damaged goods).
